First destination Taj Mahal:
Your Agra Heritage walk tour will start by visiting the most famous monument of Agra which is the Tajmahal. This is the symbol of love which is an enormous monument which will create a place in your heart for life. It is situated on the banks of river Yamuna and it is built in white marble and Parachinar work. The monument was built by the famous Mughal emperor Shahjahan in the memory of his beloved wife who died while giving birth to his fourteenth child.

Arrival at Agra Fort:
The next of the tour will be the Agra Fort. It is a strong fort built approximately 3 km away from the ‘Taj’. It is built in enormous red sand bricks which gives the fort a robust structure. Agra fort has an important role to play in the history of the city and the Mughal rule.
Arrival Tomb of I’timad-ud-Daulah’:
The next visit will be to the Tomb of I’timad-ud-Daulah’.This monument is also known as the Baby Taj because it is often referred to be a draft of the ‘Taj Mahal’. There are various similarities in both that can be seen during the visit. This tomb displays transition in the Mughal architecture and art.
Arrival at Mehtab garden:
The next place to visit in the tour is the Mehtab Garden. It was the last of the eleven gardens that were built by the Mughals. It lies north of Taj-Mahal and is a green garden with airy pavilions which are refreshing after the walk at the ‘Taj’.
Arrival at Kinara Bazar:
Kinara Bazar is not a monument but it is an old Mughal market so it is said that Heritage walk is not complete until you visit the Kinara Bazar. Kinara bazaar allows you to peep into the old era where the marketplaces were flooded with pure and quality products. The small windows (jharokha) can be seen all through the place. You can shop a lot of things from this market.
Later in the evening after the journey ends, you will leave for Delhi. The driver will drop back you to the Agra Cantt Railway station for your journey to Delhi.
